Shane is a lead trainer for Interest Based Bargaining and has an extensive background in contract negotiations, having helped over 40 organizations through a successful bargaining process.

With more than 30 years of experience in public education, Greg has served as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, leading districts through organizational change, strategic initiatives, and complex challenges while maintaining an unwavering focus on student success.
